Robin Cheng, MD, is a urologic surgeon who diagnoses and treats conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive system. He performs surgeries and procedures to deliver immediate, meaningful health improvements. He also provides comprehensive nonsurgical urologic care. One of the most rewarding parts of his work is witnessing the satisfaction and relief patients feel after treatment.

Dr. Cheng believes in a personal, compassionate approach. He takes time to communicate clearly with patients and their families. "These open conversations ensure everyone understands the condition and feels empowered during the treatment process," he explains. "Together, we make shared decisions and create a care plan that reflects each patient's goals and values."

El Camino Health has been a part of Dr. Cheng's medical journey from the start. As an auxiliary volunteer in high school, he admired the organization's innovative spirit and deep commitment to serving the Bay Area. He returned as a physician to continue that mission by staying at the forefront of urology and delivering high-quality, community-based care.

During his training, Dr. Cheng conducted research on cancer biology, immunotherapy and the use of ultra-low-dose CT scans to detect kidney stones. More recently, he has evaluated the accuracy of artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots in answering patients' urological questions. He has also published a case report on urological trauma.

Dr. Cheng is a member of the American Urological Association (AUA) and the Society of Chinese American Physician Entrepreneurs (SCAPE). He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Outside of work, Dr. Cheng enjoys spending time with his family and dog, swimming, reading historical nonfiction and hiking scenic trails around the Bay Area.

Steven D. Ngo, MD, specializes in urology and urologic surgery. He treats conditions that affect the male and female urinary tract system as well as the male reproductive system. Some of these conditions include kidney stones, urinary tract infections, bladder control issues, erectile dysfunction, prostate conditions and urologic cancers.

Dr. Ngo understands that urologic issues can deeply impact private aspects of a person's life. He strives to build strong relationships by creating a space where patients feel safe, understood and empowered. He collaborates with patients to create personalized treatment plans that cure or manage conditions, preserve function and improve quality of life.

He explains, "As both a physician and an educator, I see myself as a bridge between complex medicine and each patient's personal goals, values and life circumstances."

Dr. Ngo speaks English and Vietnamese fluently.

Outside of work, Dr. Ngo recharges by connecting with friends and family and spending time outdoors. He enjoys hiking, cycling, cooking and practicing martial arts.

Mark Noller, MD, is a urologist who treats conditions affecting the female urinary tract and the male urinary tract and reproductive system.

Outside of work, Dr. Noller enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his wife, four children and dog. He loves traveling and has been to 49 states. Dr. Noller is also veteran who served in the military for 13 years, including deployments to Kosovo and Iraq.

When working with patients, Dr. Noller takes time to listen to their concerns and goals for care and educates them about their conditions and treatment options. He encourages patients to participate in healthcare decisions to ensure they receive the care that is best suited to them.

David Nudell, MD, is a urologist who diagnoses and treats conditions affecting the urinary tract and the male reproductive system.

Dr. Nudell listens carefully to his patients and educates them about their condition and treatment options. He works to put patients at ease and partners with them to create a care plan that best suits their specific needs and goals.

With a passion for helping people, Dr. Nudell explains, "Urologic problems, by nature, are very personal, and I enjoy being able to talk to people about these issues and to help resolve them."

Additionally, Dr. Nudell is an active member of several national urologic societies, and his work in the field of male infertility and microsurgery has been published.

David Noller, MD, is a urologist with over 50 years of experience in the field. He diagnoses and treats conditions affecting the urinary system as well as the male reproductive system. These urologic conditions include urinary tract infections (UTIs), bladder incontinence, kidney stones, prostate issues, erectile dysfunction and urologic cancer.

Dr. Noller enjoys working with patients to help improve their health and quality of life. Committed to supporting the next generation of urologists, Dr. Noller has shared his knowledge and expertise through formal and informal teaching, including at the Stanford University School of Medicine in Stanford, CA.

Outside of work, Dr. Noller enjoys spending time with family and golfing.
