Fady Ibrahim, MD
Cardiology
About
Fady Ibrahim, MD, FACC, was born and raised in Egypt before immigrating to the United States at the age of 12. Dr. Ibrahim obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry and sociology from Stony Brook University followed by medical school at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University. He then completed an internal medicine residency at North Shore University, followed by cardiology fellowship in Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and subspecialty fellowship in interventional and structural cardiology at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla.
When Dr. Ibrahim's father suffered a cardiac event which tremendously affected his family, Dr. Ibrahim's interest in invasive cardiology was discovered. He specializes in endovascular, coronary and structural heart disease. Dr. Ibrahim is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology and interventional cardiology. He has a special interest in structural and complex coronary heart disease, and he is the Medical Director for the El Camino Health Los Gatos Cath Lab.
Dr. Ibrahim strives to provide high-quality, personalized care to all of his patients like they are family. Heart disease is complex and requires skill, compassion and honesty in decision making.
In his free time, Dr. Ibrahim enjoys spending time with his wife, hiking, traveling and is interested in airplanes. Dr. Ibrahim is fluent in Arabic and Spanish.

Vincent Gaudiani, MD
Cardiothoracic Surgery
About
Vincent Gaudiani, MD, is a board-certified cardiac surgeon. He performs open-heart procedures to treat patients with complex heart conditions.Outside of work, Dr. Gaudiani enjoys clay target shooting and golfing, though he jokes that he shoots well and golfs poorly. He also enjoys poetry.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Gaudiani is a senior editor for the Cardiothoracic Surgery Network (CTSNet), a website that publishes videos of open-heart operations. He is working on an improved method for pacing the left ventricle, the heart's main pumping chamber.
At El Camino Health, Dr. Gaudiani is grateful to work alongside excellent colleagues and nursing staff. Together, they create an environment that supports advanced cardiac surgery at the highest level.
Dr. Gaudiani believes excellent surgical care begins with clear communication. "I like to sit with patients and families to explain their diagnosis and treatment options clearly," he says. "This way, they feel informed, supported and confident throughout the care process."

Keith Korver, MD
Cardiothoracic Surgery

Keith F. Korver, MD, MBA, specializes in adult cardiac and thoracic surgery.
Dr. Korver enjoys getting to know his patients and learning about their specific needs for recovery. He shares, "The impact of heart surgery is long-lasting and life-changing, so patient comfort and confidence matter a great deal to me."
Dr. Korver was drawn to El Camino Health because of its reputation for providing excellent patient care as well as its world-renowned faculty and facilities. He explains, "It's large enough to have all the necessary support for complex heart care yet still offers a personal feel."
Dr. Korver is a member of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons, the American College of Thoracic Surgery and the American College of Surgeons.
Outside of work, Dr. Korver loves to garden. He grows about 50-70 different pepper plants each year and always tries new varieties.
