Bonnie Lohrbach, MD

Prior to transitioning to the outpatient family care setting, Dr. Lohrbach's experience includes missionary work at a 100-bed hospital in Zambia where she cared for a wide range of acute and chronic patients. She also worked as an emergency medicine physician in Ohio and most recently practiced at Petersburg Healthcare Alliance in Petersburg, VA.
Dr. Lohrbach is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling and running.

Dr. Ahmad has provided comprehensive family medicine care to the Tampa Bay area community since 2015. Before joining Tampa General Medical Group, he treated patients at Evara Health (formerly known as Community Health Centers of Pinellas) in St. Petersburg. Meanwhile, he served as a clinical assistant professor and clinical preceptor for medical students at Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Ahmad was also a clinical preceptor for medical students at the University of Kentucky and the University of Louisville after moving to the United States from Pakistan to begin his family medicine career.

Jorge A Gadea, DO

Dr. Gadea has practiced as a primary care physician in the Tampa Bay area since 1998, providing care for adult and geriatric patients. For over six years, he served as a medical director for a private/public collaboration between the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and Pfizer pharmaceutical company leading a disease management program specifically designed to help a large group of patients suffering from chronic medical conditions such as congestive heart failure and diabetes to better understand their medical conditions and health needs in order to better care for themselves and improve their quality of life.
Dr. Gadea's professional interests include individualized diabetes care, hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and hyperlipidemia. He focuses on preventive health and patient education, and encourages his patients to take an active part in their healthcare plan.
Dr. Gadea has received numerous 'Patients Choice Awards' and was recently recognized as one of 'America's Best Physicians' by the National Consumer Advisory Board. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and has received recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance for diabetes care. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
Outside of the office, Dr. Gadea enjoys exercising, fishing and travelling with his family.

Przemyslaw Kolanko, MD

Dr. Kolanko most recently practiced at Kenosha Community Health Center as well as served on staff at Aurora Medical Center in obstetrics, performing over 200 deliveries. His experience also includes work in a variety of medical settings including PrimeCare Community Health Center in Chicago, IL and Indiana University Cancer Research Institute, as well as work in emergency services and outpatient surgery in Poland. Dr. Kolanko's medical interests include primary care, treatment coordination of chronic diseases, obstetrics, urgent care and small surgical procedures. He is a member of the American Cancer Society.
Outside the office, Dr. Kolanko enjoys the outdoors, travelling, spending time with family and friends, and flying planes as a private pilot. An avid runner, he has completed several half marathons and one full marathon with plans for more. He is fluent in English and Polish.

Aman Mayur Shah, MD

Dr. Aman M. Shah is an advanced heart failure and transplant cardiologist at the Tampa General Hospital (TGH) Heart & Vascular Institute, where he delivers precise, patient-centered care for individuals with complex cardiovascular disease. His clinical expertise spans the full spectrum of cardiovascular disease and advanced heart failure care, including cardiomyopathy assessment, infiltrative cardiomyopathy (amyloidosis, sarcoidosis, etc), temporary and durable mechanical circulatory support, heart transplantation, and invasive hemodynamic assessment with right-heart catheterization, endomyocardial biopsy, and implantable hemodynamic monitoring technologies.
Dr. Shah serves as Medical Director of Tampa General Hospital’s Centralized Heart Failure Remote Monitoring Program, leading a system-wide, data-driven program that integrates wearable and implantable technologies to enable proactive heart failure management, early detection of clinical deterioration, and timely escalation to advanced therapies. Dr. Shah also serves as Co-Director of the Cardiac Amyloidosis Program, leading the growth of a multidisciplinary initiative focused on early diagnosis and access to the latest disease-modifying therapies.
Dr. Shah serves as principal investigator in several clinical trials, has published in leading peer-reviewed journals, lectured nationally and internationally, and serves on several advisory boards and professional committees. He is a member of several professional societies including the Heart Failure Society of America and the International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation, an Alpha Omega Alpha honoree, and has received multiple awards for teaching excellence. He speaks English and Gujarati.
He earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College and completed his internal medicine residency, cardiovascular disease fellowship, and advanced heart failure and transplant fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center in New York, where he also served as chief fellow. Prior to joining TGH, Dr. Shah served as Associate Director of the Advanced Heart Failure and Mechanical Circulatory Support Program and Director of Infiltrative Cardiomyopathy at Saint Francis Hospital in New York, where he developed one of the nation’s largest CardioMEMS programs and enhanced advanced heart failure outcomes in Long Island, New York.
