Dr. Kevin Hughes II is a board-certified Family Medicine physician and Core Faculty member in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. His professional mission is to advance patient-centered primary care by combining excellence in clinical practice, medical education, physician leadership, and healthcare innovation.

Prior to joining USF Health, Dr. Hughes served as Vice Chair of Clinical Operations and Medical Director for UBMD Primary Care at the University at Buffalo, where he led operational initiatives across academic primary care practices focused on quality improvement, population health, interdisciplinary collaboration, and value-based care.

At USF, Dr. Hughes is dedicated to educating and mentoring medical students and family medicine residents while continuing to develop innovative clinical systems that improve patient outcomes, physician well-being, and organizational performance. His long-term academic interests include healthcare operations, implementation science, practice transformation, preventive medicine, and collaborative research that bridges clinical care, education, and health systems leadership.

Dr. Murray graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a bachelors degree in Biochemistry. He obtained his medical degree from Florida State University College of Medicine and Family Medicine Residency at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, Florida. He completed a Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at USF Morsani College of Medicine and has a Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Sports Medicine. Dr. Murray serves as Team Physician for the Department of Athletics at the University of South Florida and cares for concussion patients at the USF Concussion Center. He also enjoys working as a primary care physician within USF Family Medicine department, seeing athletes ranging from young rookies to seniors with silver sneakers.

I am a fellowship trained in Mohs micrographic surgery and confocal microscopy with a passion for clinical research and healthy skin. I take great care to make sure my patients feel I address their concerns, and I work to provide the best possible clinical outcome. Mohs surgery is incredibly precise, skin sparring and highly effective.

Dr. Katiana Garagozlo is a board certified pediatrician and pediatric pulmonologist. She completed her fellowship in Pediatric Pulmonology at NewYork Presbyterian-Weill Cornell where she also served as an affiliate fellow at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Columbia University/Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital. She is dedicated to pulmonary care for infants and children from birth to 25 years old. She prides herself on a patient and family-centered approach to medical decision-making. Her clinical interests include children's interstitial lung disease (chILD) particularly the pulmonary complications of pediatric oncology and rheumatology. She remains involved in research in chILD, cystic fibrosis, and asthma.

Dr. Moseley is the first president of the newly formed academic medical group, USF Tampa General Physicians. Dr. Moseley joins USF Tampa General Physicians after having served at USF Health for over five years, most recently as the chief clinical officer for USF Health, associate vice president for USF Health, and vice dean for Clinical Affairs in the USF Health Morsani College of Medicine. He will retain his academic titles and teaching roles at USF Health.

In his new role at the helm of USF Tampa General Physicians, Moseley will lead the approximately 1,400 team members who have joined USF Tampa General Physicians and serve and support physicians employed by USF Health and TGMG, providing practice infrastructure, clinical management, and related operational and administrative support services. Moseley will also work with private practice physicians on staff at Tampa General to offer purchased services and management services through the new organization.

Moseley joined USF Health in January 2017 to oversee the clinical operations of the faculty practice group and all clinical care that takes place at USF Health, build strategic hospital partnerships, and lead other key areas, including quality, safety, risk, and patient experience. He is also a professor in the Division of Emergency Medicine in the Department of Internal Medicine of the Morsani College of Medicine and holds a courtesy appointment as professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management within the USF Health College of Public Health. He also is a member of the medical staff at Tampa General.

An Ohio native and alumni of the Ohio State University College of Medicine and College of Public Health, Moseley is the first graduate of OSU’s combined five-year MD/Master of Health Administration dual degree program. He completed a residency in emergency medicine at Christiana Care Health System in Wilmington, Del., serving as chief resident in his final year of training. Moseley came to USF from the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio, where he served in numerous leadership capacities for 12 years. Moseley was a core academic faculty member, medical director of the Emergency Department, and vice chairman for Clinical Affairs in OSU’s Department of Emergency Medicine.
