Patrick Thomas Murray, MD

About
Dr. Murray graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a bachelors degree in Biochemistry. He obtained his medical degree from Florida State University College of Medicine and Family Medicine Residency at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, Florida. He completed a Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at USF Morsani College of Medicine and has a Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Sports Medicine. Dr. Murray serves as Team Physician for the Department of Athletics at the University of South Florida and cares for concussion patients at the USF Concussion Center. He also enjoys working as a primary care physician within USF Family Medicine department, seeing athletes ranging from young rookies to seniors with silver sneakers.

Dr. Gieron developed Pediatric Neurology Program at Morsani College of Medicine dedicated to teaching Medical Students, Residents and to provide the highest level of care to patients with a broad range of disorders of the brain, nerves and muscles in children.

Kourtney L Fallon, APRN

Nurse Practitioner Kourtney Fallon joined USF in 2015..
NP Fallon earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida in Gainesville (2009). She then moved to Tampa to care for patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Tampa General Children's Hospital. She then advanced to leadership roles, becoming a preceptor, and Certified Pediatric Nurse. In 2015, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing and has since worked as a nurse practitioner at the University of South Florida in the Pediatric Complex Care Clinic.
NP Fallon has a special interest in treating infants born prematurely and managing their chronic diseases. She likes the continuity of care that general pediatrics provides and enjoys becoming part of her patients' families.
In her free time, Kourtney enjoys being a mom, traveling, yoga, volunteering at her community church and being around family and friends.
