Patrick Thomas Murray, MD

About
Dr. Murray graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a bachelors degree in Biochemistry. He obtained his medical degree from Florida State University College of Medicine and Family Medicine Residency at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, Florida. He completed a Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at USF Morsani College of Medicine and has a Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Sports Medicine. Dr. Murray serves as Team Physician for the Department of Athletics at the University of South Florida and cares for concussion patients at the USF Concussion Center. He also enjoys working as a primary care physician within USF Family Medicine department, seeing athletes ranging from young rookies to seniors with silver sneakers.

Jonathan Hilal, MD
Gastroenterology
About
His areas of expertise include the management of biliary strictures, acute/chronic pancreatitis, pancreatic cysts, large pre-cancerous colon polyps, and the complex endoscopic interventional procedures involved with the treatment of these diseases including Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS), and Endoscopic Mucosal Resection (EMR).
Dr. Hilal has been a member of the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG), the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA), and the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE) since 2016. He has multiple publications and has presented at national meetings including American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) and Digestive Disease Week (DDW) annual meetings.
He serves as the Vice Chief of Endoscopy at Tampa General Hospital. He enjoys being on faculty and teaching the gastroenterology fellows, residents, and medical students at USF. He received The Patrick Brady, MD GI Fellowship Teaching Award in 2022.

Ross Everett, MD
Urology
About
Dr. Ross Everett grew up in the Atlanta area. He received his undergraduate training at the University of Georgia. He then earned his medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University, as well as a Master's in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University. Following medical school, he completed his residency program in Urology at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
He subsequently went on to pursue a fellowship specializing in gender affirming surgery and reconstructive urology at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon. There he was trained in both feminizing and masculinizing genital reconstruction, urethral reconstruction, erectile and incontinence prosthetics, and upper tract urinary reconstruction. He was also trained in both Xi and Single Port robotic surgery. He joined the team at University of South Florida Urology in 2022 and aims to offer high quality care that is individualized, patient-centered, and patient-affirming.

Katiana Y Garagozlo, MD
Pediatric Pulmonology
About
Dr. Katiana Garagozlo is a board certified pediatrician and pediatric pulmonologist. She completed her fellowship in Pediatric Pulmonology at NewYork Presbyterian-Weill Cornell where she also served as an affiliate fellow at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Columbia University/Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital. She is dedicated to pulmonary care for infants and children from birth to 25 years old. She prides herself on a patient and family-centered approach to medical decision-making. Her clinical interests include children's interstitial lung disease (chILD) particularly the pulmonary complications of pediatric oncology and rheumatology. She remains involved in research in chILD, cystic fibrosis, and asthma.

Carol M Fraley, MD
Pediatrics
About
Dr. Fraley is a board-certified general pediatrician who was born and raised in Tampa, FL. She completed her pediatric residency at Monroe Carell Jr. Children Hospital at Vanderbilt University following her medical degree from Florida International University and her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. Dr. Fraley is available for well checks and sick visits for patients from infancy through age 18 years. Her professional interests include preventative medicine, ADHD management, and childhood literacy. She is also involved in education and mentoring of medical students and residents.
Outside of work, Dr. Fraley enjoys playing tennis, watching Gator football, trying new restaurants, and spending time outside enjoying the beautiful Florida weather! Her clinic is located at 17 Davis on Monday afternoons and Friday mornings.
