SSM Health Davis Duehr Dean Eye Care is located inside the SSM Health Outpatient Center on Valley Road in Verona, Wisconsin, just off U.S. Highway 151 and Paoli Street. Our ophthalmology and optometry team provides comprehensive eye care for children and adults.

Save time before your visit by completing your pre-visit tasks through MyChart eCheck-in up to seven days before your appointment.

When you arrive, you can skip the registration kiosk and go directly to the Room Assignment Station in the lobby. A team member will guide you to your exam room.

Check in when you arrive.

If you prefer to register in person, use one of the registration kiosks located in the lobby when you arrive for your appointment. Registration kiosks allow check-in beginning 15 minutes before your scheduled arrival time.

After completing check-in, visit the Room Assignment Station located next to the registration kiosks.
