Kelly Warnock is a licensed and board-certified family nurse practitioner who provides care to both children and adults. For several years, Kelly worked as an RN at Duke University Medical Center. From there, she earned her MSN from the University of Phoenix and later her FNP from the University of Alabama-Birmingham. Prior to becoming a family nurse practitioner, she worked as Chief Nursing Officer and developed Case Management programs for local hospitals. She has been working in the Camden area since 2010. Kelly's clinical interests include chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes. She is dedicated to helping people live their best and healthiest life. She has a passion for international missions, and she has made several trips to Nepal, India, and most recently Ecuador. She serves as the Health and Hunger Committee's chairperson for the local United Way, with the goal of improving community health. She lives in Camden and enjoys spending her free time with her family---especially her three grandchildren that call her "Mimi."

Ashley Wall Crawford, FNP, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in primary care and urology, currently practicing at MUSC Health Primary Care Haile St. in Camden, South Carolina. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University in 2018 and is affiliated with MUSC Community Physicians and The Weston Group Inc. As a geriatrics-trained Internist with ten years of traditional inpatient and ambulatory practice, Dr. Durbin is focused on the outpatient management of older adults in Elgin, SC. He has precepted for Internal Medicine Residents and Nurse Practitioner Students in the office and led inpatient service teams for IM Residents. He is a Team-First, highly productive, and affable physician principally focused on the whole patient.

Dr. Gordon Elliott Pennebaker, MD, is a seasoned family medicine physician with over three decades of experience, currently practicing at MUSC Health Primary Care Haile St. in Camden, South Carolina. A graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine in 1993, he completed his residency in family medicine at Floyd Medical Center in Rome, Georgia. Dr. Jack Friedman Scheuer Jr., MD, is a board-certified internist with over 20 years of experience, specializing in internal medicine and primary care. He earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and completed both his internship and residency in internal medicine at the same institution.
