Samuel Joseph Crowley, Ph.D.
Neuropsychology
About
Sam J. Crowley earned his doctorate degree in clinical and health psychology from the University of Florida. He completed his predoctoral internship at Emory University and his postdoctoral fellowship at the VA Ann Arbor/Michigan Medicine Consortium. He provides neuropsychological evaluations for a variety of patients, with a focus on movement disorders. His research interests include biological and cognitive predictors of decline in Lewy body disease, as well as nonpharmacological interventions to improve cognitive function.

Lauren Hope Olszewski, D.O.
Neurocritical Care

Dr. Hope Olszewski is an assistant professor in Neurocritical Care with an ABPN board certification in Neurology. She grew up in Montgomery, AL and completed undergraduate education at Emory University, where she discovered her fascination with the nervous system. In medical school at Touro University California, she developed the desire to become a neurologist. While in residency at the University of IL at Peoria/OSF St. Francis Medical Center, she learned to diagnose the nervous system and noted an innate passion for all aspects of critical neurologic care management. Ultimately, she pursued Neurocritical Care fellowship at Medical University of South Carolina and is excited at the opportunity to serve patients at MUSC as an attending.

Tiffany Chang, M.D.
Neurocritical Care
About
Dr. Tiffany Chang is a neurointensivist who cares for patients with severe brain injuries. Her interests include stroke, intracerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, and traumatic brain injury. She has over 10 years of experience in the field and is the Director of Neurocritical Care at MUSC. Dr. Chang earned her medical degree from the John A. Burns School of Medicine at the University of Hawaii. She completed a residency in internal medicine and neurology at Tulane University, followed by a fellowship in neurocritical care at Johns Hopkins University.
