Dr. Spier earned her medical degree from SUNY Stony Brook School of Medicine in Stony Brook, NY, before completing her residency and fellowship training at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA. She also holds a Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene from the prestigious London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in London, UK. Dr. Spier is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, with additional certification in Infectious Disease. Her professional interests include tropical diseases, international health, and general infectious disease.
