Harris "Hart" Parker, III, M.D., is a highly skilled general surgeon with extensive training and clinical experience. A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Dr. Parker completed both undergraduate studies and medical school before pursuing an internship and residency in general surgery at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. Board-certified by the American Board of Surgery since 2005, Dr. Parker has dedicated over 20 years to providing surgical care in Columbia, South Carolina. Throughout his career, he has earned recognition for his teaching and academic excellence, receiving multiple Outstanding General Surgery Resident Teaching Awards and accolades such as the Surgery Medal for Outstanding Academic and Clinical Performance. He is an active member of professional organizations, including the American College of Surgeons and the Society of Advanced Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgery, and has served as a Cancer Liaison Physician on the Midlands Integrated Network Cancer Committee. Dr. Parker 's research contributions are published in peer-reviewed journals such as *The American Surgeon* and *The Journal of Trauma*, which highlights his interest in laparoscopic surgery, trauma, and wound healing. Dr. Kelly C. Harris is a General Surgeon practicing with MUSC Health Surgical Associates in Columbia, SC. He received his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in Miami, Florida, and completed his internship and residency at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center/Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas. Prior to joining MUSC Health, Dr. Harris was a General Surgeon with the Jackson Clinic in Tennessee performing a broad range of cases including breast, colorectal, hemodialysis access, vascular, endocrine, trauma, robotics, foregut, and more. Dr. Harris is trained and experienced in robotic surgery. Prior to his role at Jackson Clinic, he participated in multiple medical mission trips including Guadalajara, Mexico, Managua, Nicaragua, and Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico}. When not in the office or operating room, Dr. Harris enjoys spending time with his family, running, cooking, soccer, and yoga. Dr. Harris is fluent in Spanish.

Dr. Arthur Cooler received his medical degree from The Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine in Augusta, Georgia after receiving a Bachelors of Science in Molecular Biology from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. He completed his residency in General Surgery at The University of South Carolina School of Medicine. "With my passion for vascular surgery, I have been able help patients that come to me with pain in their legs due to arterial blockages by identifying and treating those blocked vessels with interventional and minimally invasive techniques, thereby improving their quality of life and in many cases preventing amputations from occurring" says Dr. Cooler. "I am pleased to offer this care in the Midlands, and proud to join the high quality and compassionate team at Providence Surgical Associates." Widely respected in his field, Dr. Cooler has co-authored numerous articles and has provided numerous educational lectures to other physicians, medical students, and patients themselves during his 20 plus years of practice.
