Jody Eblen, APRN, is board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. Originally from Charlottesville, Virginia, she received her undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Virginia. After moving to the Charleston area, she worked as a Registered Nurse on the general medicine floor in the MUSC hospital. She soon realized that she wanted to be able to do more for her patients and earned a Master's Degree in Nursing from MUSC's College of Nursing. For the last decade she has worked in private practice in the field of Geriatrics with a focus on patients with dementia and the challenges this presents for caregivers. Her clinical interests and passions also include the care of adult patients of all ages with chronic medical conditions, including sickle cell disease.

Kimberly Jackson, M.D. is board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and provides primary care for men, women, and children. ,Dr. Jackson grew up on a small farm in Nichols, SC. After earning her Bachelor of Science degree from Coastal Carolina University, she attended the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston where she graduated with a Doctorate in Medicine. From there, she completed her Family Medicine Residency training in Florence,Dr. Jackson's professional interests include every aspect of primary care from: pediatrics to geriatrics; men and women's health issues; preventative medicine; chronic disease treatment, including, hypertension, diabetes,Dr. Jackson believes that a person's physical well being is closely connected to their emotional and spiritual well being, and she makes every effort to truly get to know her patients in order to help them achieve their most healthful life.

Dr. Larry Padget is a board-certified Family Medicine physician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He provides comprehensive primary care to all ages and seeks to be a trusted resource for people of all races, ethnicities, nationalities, genders, and sexual orientations. Dr. Padget earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. After graduating, he was commissioned into the U.S. Navy, where he completed his internship at Portsmouth Naval Hospital. He trained as a naval flight surgeon and was deployed with a Marine Helicopter Squadron deployed to Japan and South Korea. Dr. Padget completed his family practice residency at Scott \& White in Temple, TX. Before joining MUSC, Dr. Padget served as a Regional Medical Officer with the U.S. State Department, providing clinical care at American embassies in Beijing, Moscow, London, Doha, and Vienna. In this role, he delivered high-quality primary and preventive care to U.S. diplomats and their families, supervised staff, directed clinical operations across large regions, and engaged with international audiences to promote global peace and prosperity. Dr. Padget also served as the Chief Medical Officer for the State Department and as the senior medical advisor to the Secretary of State during the Covid-19 pandemic. With extensive clinical experience in over 32 countries, Dr. Padget brings a wealth of expertise in international and travel medicine, complementing his proficiency in primary care.

Jennifer Palo grew up in Chagrin Falls, Ohio and moved to Charleston in January of 2005 after finishing graduate school. She earned a BA from Wittenberg University and a BSN and MSN from the University of Cincinnati, graduating with honors. Jennifer's nursing background is in pediatrics ICU and trauma. She worked as a family nurse practitioner with Palmetto Primary Care Physicians from May 2005 until February 2016 and then began working with MUSC.

Dr. Cara Ferguson is accepting new patients at MUSC Health Primary Care - Park West in Mount Pleasant. Dr. Ferguson completed her undergraduate degree at Clemson University. She earned her medical degree at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and completed her residency at Greenville Hospital System University Medical Center. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine. She spent the last twelve years in private practice in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Dr. Ferguson's interests in primary care include management of chronic diseases including high blood pressure, diabetes, and preventative care, along with treatment of acute issues.
