Dr. Tushar Trivedi is a board-certified neurologist with a strong academic and clinical background in epidemiology and stroke research. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Timisoara, Romania, followed by a Master of Public Health and a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Epidemiology at the University of South Carolina. Dr. Trivedi completed his neurology residency at Prisma Health-Columbia, where he served as chief resident, and subsequently completed a fellowship in vascular neurology at NYU Langone Hospital. Throughout his career, Dr. Trivedi has been deeply committed to clinical excellence, research innovation, and medical education. His research has contributed to a better understanding of the links between migraine, heart disease, and stroke, with multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals such as *Neurology* and *Stroke*. Dr. Trivedi has presented his work nationally, including at the International Stroke Conference, and has been recognized with several awards, including the American Heart Association Junior Investigator Grant honorarium. Dr. Trivedi is an active member of the American Heart Association, American Academy of Neurology, and Society of Vascular and Interventional Neurology. His professional interests include acute stroke care, cerebrovascular disease prevention, and improving health outcomes through evidence-based practice.

Julia Raye, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in neurology. She earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Charleston Southern University and holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University. She is an active member of the South Carolina Neurological Association, American Academy of Neurology, and American Academy of Physician Associates. Julia strives to develop strong relationships with her patients and provide the highest standard of care. She emphasizes both the physical and emotional well-being of those under her guidance. Her goal is to ensure both patients and their families receive compassionate care, support, and resources tailored to their individual needs. Outside of medicine, Julia enjoys outdoor activities like pickleball and walking on the beach. She also loves traveling and trying new restaurants with her husband. Julia looks forward to becoming a part of your health care journey.
