Alexandra Maria Ackerman, NP

Alexandra Ackerman, NP earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of West Georgia and her Master of Science in Nursing in Family Nurse Practitioner at Columbus State University. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Alexandra is also certified in Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy, BLS and is a Certified Sex Counselor at Modern Sex Therapy Institutes.

Alexandra specializes in Breast and Gynecologic Cancers, Iron Deficiency Anemia, Diabetes, Hypothyroidism, and Hypertension. Her special interests include Women’s Health, Sexual Health and Wellness, Preventative Care, and Nutrition.

In her spare time, Alexandra enjoys yoga, reading, hanging out with her husband and cats, playing video games, and various arts and crafts such as drawing, painting, and crocheting.
