The doctor recorded everything which is fine. However, he didn't seem to listen to me. We eventually got on the same page. I'm hoping it'll get easier as I come through as a patient.More often it wasn't horrible.It's just a first time encounter

Dr Shawkat is one of the best doctors I ever met. He is very kind, takes the time to listen, shows empathy and has a genuine concern about my health. Takes the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment plan.
