She completed her medical education at the Medical University of South Carolina, earning her Doctor of Medicine degree. Dr. Jackson completed her Residency at Indiana University School of Medicine.

She conducted valuable research at the Medical University of South Carolina Center for Drug and Alcohol Programs, contributing to advancing medical knowledge.

Currently, she serves on the frontline at MUSC Health Chester Medical Center Emergency Department, providing high-quality care to patients in need.
