Austin didn't care and was very dismissive. He acted like he has better things to do and it felt like he had a superiority complex.

APRN was a male, but I prefer female. I believe a more personal approach is vital in primary care. To sit down and look into the eyes of the patient is a must.

Thought he was listening until I read through my clinical notes. He left some stuff in that WAS NOT SAID and was read by my wife who became very upset afterwards.

He had the worst attitude never smiled one time no personality. I had like five more questions to ask him and he just seemed in a rush and like he needed to get out of there. I do not want to ever see him again. I was just rushed out and acted like I wasn't important.

Very attentive to concerns. Discussed concerns, pros/cons on treatment process or options. He truly cares and wants to get to the root of the problem and just medicate first. So blessed to meet Austin and very pleased with having him as my provider. Haven't seen doctors over 15 years because no one care about my concerns. I was skeptical at first given my previous experiences but after this visit, I found a provider I can trust. So thankful he listens and take my concerns seriously

It appeared the care provider did not take my concerns seriously. Made a few comments to me that supported my feelings. Did not want to take my comments and concerns as part of his diagnosis He appeared to have a preconceived idea. He didn't want to genuinely listen to me and actually made in my opinion an inappropriate or unfriendly comment to a suggestion I made. I have never had an unfavorable visit prior to this visit.
