Benjamin obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Utah Valley University before pursuing his Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia at Western Carolina University (WCU). While at WCU, Benjamin honed his skills and deepened his understanding of anesthesia practice, preparing him for a successful career.

Benjamin has worked in diverse health care environments, including prestigious institutions such as Mission Health and MUSC Health Lancaster Medical Center. His clinical experience spans various specialties, including general, orthopedic, neurosurgery, obstetric, pediatric, and trauma anesthesia. Benjamin is proficient in various anesthesia techniques, including spinals, arterial lines, and ultrasound-guided procedures.

Benjamin's commitment to excellence is reflected in his active involvement in professional organizations such as the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists and South Carolina Association of Nurse Anesthetist. He holds multiple licensures and certifications, including South Carolina Registered Nurse and CRNA certifications, as well as certifications in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS).
