Claudia is - by far - the best provider I've ever had at USF Health. She is beyond prepared prior to every visit, has incredible amounts of empathy, and is research advised. Importantly, she listens, has ideas, and a gameplan. Where so many other physicians at USF Health are simply trying to get to the next patient and through their day, she is the rarest exception.

I always feel that she goes beyond to ensure your wuestions are answered and satisfied and that you are comfortable or understand the recommended treatment or referral. First time with guererra- Hernandez and excellent visit.

This was my first visit with Claudia. She was very professional, kind, caring, and knowledgeable. I was very impressed. I am a RN and usually Credit critical of PAs.

PA was proficient in questions asked and when answering questions.

In spite of my brother being with me, Claudia, directed questions and answers to me. She was attentive, answered many questions, and was thorough in every aspect of my visit in spite of me having lots of questions as I seem to now be in a new phase of ALS.
