Dr. Espinoza is a board-certified family medicine physician. He earned his medical degree from the Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal in Lima, Peru.

Dr. Espinoza completed his internship at Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue in Lima, Peru, and completed his residency at Mount Carmel Family Medicine in Westerville, Ohio where he received an academic honor award as the resident who most exemplifies the heart of a family physician.

Dr. Espinoza is experienced in managing medical, surgical, pediatric, obstetric and gynecologic emergencies. He is an active member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, and Florida Academy of Family Physicians, and is fluent in both English and Spanish. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, studying science, and spending time with family.

Dr Espinosa is amazing. He listens, assesses and provides options. I love that you talk and have a conversation on treatment options but once made he wants to hold you accountable. We were with Dr Wallace for several years prior to his departure. We were very sad and concerned when he left the practice. We inquired about Fishhawk location and heard great things about Dr Espinosa. We have been seen twice now by Dr Espinosa and very pleased we made the move. He truly cares about you as a patient and wants to provide the best care possible.
