I am barely sleeping for the past three to four months, I am trying to do two things at once (Bariatrics and figure out my sleep situation with the sleep people)Bariatrics is extremely organized and efficient and sleep team not so much, so trying to balance the two has just been really difficult for me as a working human with life responsibilities. Kudos to those who make it all happen.

I love that Darragh takes the time to really discuss with me why I'm not losing weight or what our next steps should be. She doesn't compare you to anyone else. She makes you know that each person journey is different and what works for one does not work for the next person. She reminds me we will keep trying. Darragh shows empathy and understanding. This is the first time in years I feel confident about myself and how I look.
