Elizabeth Ridgeway, LPC

Elizabeth Ridgeway is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 30 years of expertise in clinical counseling, behavioral health, and mental health services. She is licensed in South Carolina and has dedicated her career to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to individuals, families, and communities.





Elizabeth holds a Master of Education in Clinical Counseling from The Citadel and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a cognate in Special Education from the University of South Carolina. Her extensive professional background includes roles in hospital settings, outpatient mental health centers, private practice, and community outreach programs.





Currently, Elizabeth serves as a Licensed Professional Counselor at MUSC Health-Orangeburg,where she specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy, conducts behavioral health assessments and develops personalized treatment plans for patients facing anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions. She also conducts bariatric psychological evaluations for MUSC Health Midlands, Florence and Lancaster.

Throughout her career, Elizabeth has worked with diverse populations, including adolescents, adults, and children. She has held leadership roles in behavioral health clinics, coordinated multidisciplinary treatment teams, and provided crisis intervention services.
