Erin wasn't concern or willing to understand my point of view of the situation concerning my son I'm with 24/7 and have the experience and knowledge to better help his situation.Yes I was there for results and her guidance but her ability to hear me out concerning what is better for my son base on experience was very unprofessional she was rude and nasty about it
