Heather Kristen Mclaughlin, PA

The Botox shots were by Heather's assistant PA who is learning. They asked if she could administer the shots. I agreed because I know that it's important for her to learn. She's very nice and talked through it to distract me but she is still a little bit heavy handed with the needle and it hurt more than when Heather gave me the shots. Not to the point where I had to stop her and take a break but she still needs to work on her technique. She is very nice and she will be a very good PA I think. I like her personality and her attitude she is very caring and compassionate and concerned about your health.

Ms. McLaughlin is always willing to answer all my questions and explain anything I don't understand. I truly appreciate this.

Heather is great. She is very knowledgeable about all of the latest migraine options and is open to listening to all of your feedback on how it worked go you, as not all medications work the same for everyone. I know this id true for me.

She was extremely busy this visit because of some rescheduling she had to do. Therefore she only had minutes in the room with me but she was great as always just very busy. We have a scheduled appointment now to address my concerns. She's a wonderful and caring doctor!!

Heather is very friendly and easy to talk to. I was just surprised this time when she came on camera to see that she was in a nurse's station area. It didn't give me the same sense of confidentiality that I had before when she was in a small room. Recommend going back to the prior setting.
