She has been uncaring, rude, and unprofessional since my first visit. The wait list has been too long at other clinics so that is why I have not left this practice. Dr Stephens should seriously reconsider her bedside manner and approach to practicing medicine as a whole.

Dr. Stevens Hera made feel comfortable by educating me about my medical issues in her field of expertise . Her testing was accompanied by her assessment and her encouragement for progress through some physical therapy sessions which already led to some degree of progress .

She did not withhold information about my condition, she reassured me, and took time to listen. Dr. Stephens is my favorite provider so far at USF/TGH. I still struggle to find providers willing to treat my complex conditions and take me seriously.

As always, Dr. Stephens was wonderful: She asked questions to get a complete picture of the current status of my condition, offered options to improve my condition, discussed the pros and cons of each, and helped me come to a path forward to alleviate my symptoms.

Dr Stephens is excellent. She is so smart and has helped me out tremendously. The only concern i have is that new progress notes are intertwined with the old ones- most Drs do this. Other Drs reading the notes may not be able to see what issues are new.

Dr. Hera Stephens made me feel very comfortable by mixing her medical authority with a personal/human touch. That attitude was very important for me to digest the 13 months of waiting after a very bad fall.
