Hoc Dang was amazing! I appreciate her taking such time and patience with me, explaining everything very thoroughly so that I can be comforted In understanding what was happening to me.

Hoc was amazing she was so nice so personable very informative explained everything. Reviewed imaging labs and overall listen to the information I had about my overall health. That's extremely hard to come by. She made the appointment feel very attentive I never felt she was rushed or I was in any way. Even though there was no medical concern at that time for my reason of visit she still performed the physical exam which was great!! Overall amazing beyond pleasant experience

DID NOT APPEAR TO HAVE LOOKED AT MY SCANS. I HAVE A RARE VERY SERIOUS BONE INFECTION IN MY MOUTH. DR. DANG DID NOT SEEM INTERESTED IN LOOKING AT MY SCANS. SHE SEEMED CONFUSED AS WHY I WAS SENT TO AN ENT. REALLY NEEDED TO SE A DOCTOR, NOT PA.

The physician assistant showed no concern that we waited for most an hourShe was very curt in her responses to our inquiries. Her responses were short and did not elaborate. We felt like she was rushing and she did not give adequate explainations to our concerns.
