Dr. Pao personally came out to the waiting room to take me back to the exam room. He worked me as I called at the last minute to be seen. I have had open heart surgery six months prior, then had to have 5 stents put in to control chest pain. Dr. Pao knew that if I called and needed to be seen, he knew that it was urgent. I had pneumonia and he prescribed antibiotics to help me

Dr Pao has a very comfortable relaxed way and a good sense of humor and puts his patient at ease he listens very carefully and very good at putting a plan together after the patient expresses concerns. He ordered the tests that I wanted and was able to book them quickly and had them done the next step is more difficult gettin an appointment with the doctor I need to see from the Ct scan the wait I over a few weeks. Gettin the primary care appointment is easy getting the appointment for the specialist is difficult it is faster these days to go to ER.

Dr. Pao is great to work with, he explained the medical concepts of diabetes and did all the physical checks professionally. He is pretty nice, friendly and gave me useful tips for parking at the hospital, I am very happy with my first visit experience here, thanks Dr Pao!

Dr. Hsing Pao, my first impression is that he's old but when I met him inside the examination room he's young jolly/happy doctor, he introduced himself, explained very well everything, any questions I had he answered courtesy with good explanation. He did everything good, compared to my previous PCP. He met and exceed the qualifications of a rising bright doctor
