The provider provided a very comprehensive explanation of my test results and condition. Clearly, she was extremely knowledgeable about this medical condition. I was able to understand everything. She is easy to talk with, pleasant, professional.

Doctor reviewed history and was familiar with us, and provided recommendations for more frequent visits to better manage the issues, we agreed and will change to 4 month follow up vs 6 month.

Jaclyn Rothberg was amazing. Due to ongoing medical issues I have seen multiple physicians recently. Jaclyn was without question the best. I think, in part, this is due to the fact that she takes a very detailed history and really listens.

I have seen several ENTs in my lifetime for the same problem, recurring ear infection and ringing in my ear. This is the first time a provider offered something that wasn't "you have a deviated sceptum"
