I am board-certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. I completed my internship and residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at USF, including a year as chief resident. I am a fellow of American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). I am actively engaged in training residents and medical students. I am dedicated in providing high-quality, evidence-based primary care for all ages, from newborns to adults/geriatrics. I am focused on patient education and communication to reach a shared treatment goal to improve outcomes and quality of life.

Dr. Kuang has a pleasant personality and very easy to talk with. He always shows concern and is very conscience to answer our questions and come to conclusion. He is very easy to communicate with on our patient portal at any time. He's great!

Dr. Kuang is always patient with explaning options and listening to my input on my health. I like that he explains things in a way that I understand. He doesn't chastise me or make me feel bad about my health status. He encourages me and validates that I'm doing everything I can to go in the right direction. I'm lucky to have him as my PCP. I feel heard and valued during our visits.

Dr. Kaung is a great physician! Always listens and provides great insight and options for taking care of health issues. I love that he is proactive with preventative modalities for keeping healthy and not waiting until your sick to address the problem. Great at responding to questions on MyChart as well.

Dr. Kuang talked so calmly and was really paying close attention to what I was saying. He didn't rush me and did a thorough exam. He seemed approachable and wanted to go above and beyond in making sure I was cared for. That is not always the case with primary care doctors and I really appreciated his time.

In terms of my confidence in him, I have highly recommended him to two friends who are looking for a PCP physician when they return to Florida later this year. I am 62 years old and have never had a more caring, relatable Pcp, than doctor Kuang. Each pcp provider is unique But I have found Dr Kuang To provide over and above service to myself. I so so appreciate him, and he should be recognized for his great service to patients.
