Jessica is wonderful, always has a good attitude and is clear she cares

Bed side manner can make or break the visit. At no time during this appointment did I feel heard. My concerns were written off as this your normal, but I can't accept that. This was by far the worst experience I've had with this clinic. I wound up in the emergency room with diverticulitis last night. This may have been prevented if concerns about my symptoms and conditions weren't swept under the rug because of a lab that made no sense to make me produce.

She was very good but I did feel like I needed to ask My doctor questions that I did not think I could ask of her. This may be more on me than her.

This is the first time I have been seen by Jessica. From the very start of this appt I felt like she was unnecessarily unkind, you could say mean, and that I was disrespected throughout my appt., by herself and nurse who assisted her. They shared looks between themselves that implied that they neither believed nor respected what I was saying. It's a shame, because the very same information could have been presented in a kinder, more professional way, and I would have left that appt feeling much better about it.

1st time meeting this PA in person. She was reassuring and very comforting.
