Dr. Childres is an Associate Professor at USF Health Morsani College of Medicine. She is a licensed pyschologist and her clinical work focuses on assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for young children with disruptive behavior disorders, developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, social-emotional difficulties, and learning disabilities. Dr. Childres' research interests include behavioral parent training for children with disruptive or challenging behaviors and early intervention for extremely premature or medically complex infants and toddlers. Dr. Childres is a Professional Trainer of the HOT DOCS parenting program.

Jillian is amazing! Amazing listener! Amazing person! She stated the pros and cons.. Gave me all the possible things that could happen. Super informative! You can really tell she loves what she's does. So passionate about it. I know she hears and sees people all day, but I didn't feel like I was another number or just another patient. She showed interest and concern.. She's simply amazing!!

I always feel included I am always listened to the answer all my questions address on my concerns they never rush into a diagnosis they are very thorough very compassionate very understanding accommodating and very caring! So much so that I tell my boys primary pediatrician and any other doctor they see along with their teachers in their special education program how wonderful doctor Wright and doctor Childres are with my children with myself and the last 5 years that we've been able to have them in our lives has been a blessing and I also want to include Becca and Melissa in that as well because they are wonderful!
