Joshua Kyle Rosenthal, PA

Joshua Rosenthal is a Physician Assistant specializing in General Surgery. He joined MUSC Health in July of 2022 as a part of the General Surgery team at MUSC Health Chester Medical Center.

Joshua graduated from the Physician Assistant program at George Washington University in 2020 as an Alpha Eta honors society member. After graduating, Joshua joined the surgical team at Shady Grove Medical Center. Since graduating, Joshua has worked primarily alongside the general and bariatric surgery teams, specializing in abdominal cases of the digestive system. He also has worked alongside the breast, ENT, gynecologic, neuro, orthopedic, pediatric, thoracic, and vascular surgery teams. Joshua has particularly enjoyed his experience assisting the labor and delivery department at Shady Grove Hospital, helping to welcome newborn babies into the world through Cesarean sections. Joshua prides himself on personalizing his patients' care while ensuring they are treated with empathy and compassion as they work through their medical concerns. Joshua is excited to bring his knowledge and skills to the already successful General Surgery team at MUSC Health Chester Medical Center.
