Brusk and hurried.

She seemed to rush through the appointment and talked really fast. Cut me off when discussing concerns that were of other specialties.

Very disappointed, no physical assessment was conducted, no attempt to assess how bothersome my concern was to me, when I tried to ask questions related to what could be the explanation for my issue, the answer was not my area of expertise. Labs and imagings were ordered; however, without any assessment or history taking the severity or urgency of my issue could have been missed. The very least, the visit left me feeling I was an imposition to her schedule.

Absolutely horrible worst doctor I've ever seen. Made comments about medication she knew nothing about. Dealing with a bunch of issues Who told me if my labs came back normal that she decided to order that nothing was wrong with me and she'd see me in a year. Absolutely disgusted by the behavior that she displayed in the room

Dr. Roberts was very attentive, respectful and listened well. I am pleased to be establishing primary care with her.

I just moved here from with multiple, ongoing minor issues. She said my previous doctor was stupid about my BP approach. She didn't explain. She didn't ask enough questions to form that opinion.

Dr. Joyce roberts was apprehensive when I asked her to check a wound in my mother.

Came off indifferent at first, but I came to understand her way of working. It was very clear and informative of the plan. So in turn a doctor I can respect.

The doctor that I saw was the worst doctor that I have ever seen in my life. Very dismissive and did not care at all. Felt very rushed.

Dr Roberts bedside manor is horrendous. She is condescending & her comments are unsupportive & lacking in any kind of empathy. She made some very inappropriate comments to me. She should be fired.

She did not examine me listen to my heart nothing sit across the room looking at my charts in the computer

Dr. Roberts was great! She understood my concerns and really helped me.

Never again she was rude about my issues and made me feel terrible while I was there

Unfriendly. Felt like I was being judged about my script.

Dr Robert was very short she didn't seem concerned. No help at all never went to dr appointment and felt like I went for no reason. Never checked my hand that I came in for. Just look at the computer you will need to get on of these. I asked about my voice. I lost my voice prior to coming for my appointment and ask can she check me out to find out why. She stated I can't do nothing for you. You have a head cold do what ever in so many word looked in mouth at a distance and said it look normal. Then ok we are done. Just walk to exit have a good day. The nurse was like are you check out I told her I don't know she told me to walk to exit door.

Dr Roberts is the most caring provider I have ever had. She truly cares about her patients

I didn't have any health issues to be taken up with the physician. Was maiden visit to establish relationship with a PCP

My first time with Dr. Roberts and I'll stay with her

Doctor understood my concerns and took corrective actions concerning my scripts.

Did not have any empathy for the issue i was having. When I told her about my visit to podiatrists, she said, " then why are you here?". Very bad bed side manners, not willing to help at all. I said well i was hoping to get something for the pain, she said she can't prescribe anything for pain, when she noticed that i was getting uncomfortable. I am never going back there.

The provider seemed to be off put about my appointment being solely about FMLA. She kept referring to the amount of time since my last visit. Whenever I brought the conversation back around to my reasons for FMLA, she would cut me off while I was speaking and deflect to getting me scheduled for blood work and wellness appointments.

She didn't show any interest in my condition she had expressed her opinion that women should go through menopause naturally. When I asked her for order an x-ray for neck and shoulders. Her answer was-"what for? Only to find out that you have arthritis?" She gave me that order only because I insisted. This was first visit she seemed to be on the hurry, as she spent with me less then 15 min.

Dr. Joyce Roberts was my physician and I think she is wonderful.

Dr Roberts has a terrible bed side manner, is very unprofessional and rude. She talks over the patient and does not listen.

I already recommended the DO

This was the worst doctors appointment that I can recall. I will not be using Dr. Roberts ever again.

She was thoroughly in discussions, but phy exam was limited.

Dr Roberts is a good fit and truly cares about her patients! Love her!
