Doctor Agi was incredible, very knowledgeable and professional.

They all showed respect and concern for how to help you improve my condition and explicitly explained the procedure and what the next step would be

Very friendly and they explained to me calmly clearly the situation and you could treatment and about the follow-up and processing of the exam and treatments to follow

I wished that she was a bit more thorough and explain to me what I can and cannot do. Like can I shower and wash my hair, stretch, exercise, do work around the house, etc. I also smoke cigars, my wife asked if I could and then I was advised to not smoke. A list my be helpful to help patients remember what restrictions they have and for how long.

Liked every care provider we meet.

I've been under this doctor's Agi care for quite some time, and I'm truly grateful for the progress I've made-my eye has been improving, which means a lot to me.She has supported me through my treatment journey. One small suggestion I would offer is that sometimes I find myself needing to ask questions to fully understand all the details of my visit. I personally appreciate when information is shared more proactively, as it helps me feel even more confident and informed about my care.Overall, I appreciate her dedication and the positive results I'm experiencing, and I'm thankful to be under her care.

Good collective excellent service

There was very little discussion beyond "how's it going. You need a new eye drop. Come back in 6 months." The visit notes state that items were discussed (alternatives to proposed plan, and use of heat therapy), but they were not.

Physician seemed very knowledgeable in her field. However, she did not explain what she was doing and I had to ask if there was something of concern because There was no communication. When she told me what she found she didn't go into details of risks and why I needed to be seen more frequently. I would have hoped for further explanations without being promoted to ask for concern.
