Julia Toman, MD earned her medical degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, magna cum laude. She completed her residency in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at Yale University followed by fellowship training specifically in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery under the mentorship of Dr. Edward Farrior at the University of South Florida. Following her fellowship she accepted a position at the University of South Florida as Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology in the Division of Facial Plastic Surgery. She specializes in both cosmetic facial rejuvenation both surgical (including facelift, rhinoplasty, browlift, and eyelid surgery) and non-invasive (fillers and Botox). She additionally has a strong interest in reconstruction after trauma or skin cancers/Mohs surgery and facial reanimation





Dr. Toman's academic interests include global health and global surgery with a focus on sustainable development of academic research and education infrastructure. She maintains a project in South Africa started during her residency, which supports educational exchange of ENT trainees and research development. Dr. Toman's personal interests include travel, gourmet cooking, rock-climbing, horse-back riding and hiking. She is passionate about providing the best possible care to everyone

Dr. Toman was very informative, answered all my questions concerning any breathing issues that affect other areas and forthright in shutting down anxiety about any future surgery. Nurse Danielle followed up on scheduling in a timely manner.

Dr. Toman gave me my smile back (mentally and physically) by instilling my self-confidence again by correcting my nasal structure. Only meeting Dr. Toman once before my operation was daunting, but her warmth and expertise in the field made me comfortable with the procedure and confident that I would like the outcome.

The Nurse Practitioner,Christine was very careful taking my dressings off ,she knew I was anxious & was very patient with me.I really appreciate the care I got from Christine & Dr.Toman to making me feel comfortable.Dr.Toman is amazing.I work at TGH ,it's different being the patient .But I got great care at Morsani Surgery Center & in the office with Dr.Toman & her team.
