Katie was outstanding. She went far beyond our expectations to address several issues that were not addressed in a timely manner before discharge from hospital. Especially troubling was the sores on the buttocks that developed during my husband's 11 day period as an inpatient. Regardless of the times that he complained of discomfort and that I addressed with the staff nothing was done. Also, he had excessively swollen legs and feet that the drs ignored and allowed him to be discharged.

Katherine was excellent. She went over my recent surgery and answered all my questions. She was very nice and gentle examining my post op incisions. I most appreciate her advocacy for me as her patient. She listened to my concerns and helped me address some erroneous entries in my pre op anesthesia record.

She was borderline dismissive of my concerns. Assumed i was gaving bariatric surgery just because I see a bariactic specialist. In her visit note she felt the need to mention I am obese and seeing a specialist when it was not pertinent to the visit. I was there for followup after a cholecystectomy.

This was a post-op appointment for hernia repair , and she (PA) was both considerate and respectful prior to examining and the actual examination. responded to my questions, concluding with a thorough and satisfying answer to each of the questions, as well as informing me of any issues, that if come up, that I should call in. She is very good at what she does.
