I am comfortable attending this hospital, their staff is very attentive and helpful.

Dr. Reviews data, provides options and responds to all questions without any rush to end the vist. Need more doctors like him to respond to the workload in a reasonable timely manner. Long duration scheduling issue seems to be the major weakness and area of improvements.

Very professional patient treatment

I found Dr. Boyev to be concerned, thorough, knowledgeable, caring and did a wonderful job of explaining my situation and his proposed treatment options. I was, overall, very pleased with my interactions with Dr. Boyev.

After waiting two hours, the doctor finally showed up, cleaned out the wax plugs, and left without saying another word. He was serious, unfriendly, and showed no empathy for the two-hour delay.

Dr. Boyev is very succinct and to the point! I appreciate it! Thanks!

Dr Boyev is always amazing. The best doctor ever

Upon entering the room, he immediately interrupted me as I explained my problem, stating, "Great, so they sent you to an ear doctor for a neck problem." He did not follow up with any questions. When I attempted to express my symptoms, he interrupted me and said "That's impossible." When I attempted to explain that I have muffled hearing, he interrupted me and said "Well, yes, when you press on soft tissue, you are going to hear noises near your ear," signaling to me that he had not understood what I was saying because I was unable to finish. Due to my growing frustration and feeling like I wasn't being heard, I began to tear up as I was speaking. Dr. Boyev immediately left the room without telling me where he was going or what he was doing. In fact, the only person who spoke to me as he left the room was the medical student who smiled apologetically and told me to "hang tight". Dr. Boyev did not return. Only my original nurse returned to deliver two tests that Boyev ordered.

I would never recommend him. He was arragant , Inpersonable and uncaring. I wasted his time .

I read in reviews online prior to going to this provider that he had terrible bedside manner and that he would leave the door open during visits. That is exactly what happened. He was unprofessional and did not take into account HIPAA or privacy by leaving the door open. He also did not review my CT results prior to trying to clean out my ear, which was very painful. I had to stop him by grabbing his arm.

Dr Boyev explained everything well and answered all questions and made an extra effort to look at MRI on my iPad .
