This was my first visit with Dr. Heinsimer and he was excellent in every respect. He has an outstanding bedside manner, answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. I can tolerate long wait times knowing that he takes his time with each patient.

I had a visit with Dr. Heinsimer yesterday and because of Insurance time constraints on the amount of time the for billing purposes , the MD did not have time to address most of the questions I had prepared and the new questions that presented themselves with a new plan of surgical care that is potentially life changing. Need more one on one time with the actual surgeon you allow to make decisions for your care and perform actual sutgery on you.

Dr Heinsimer is one of the finest Urological surgeons in the country. I have had three Urological surgeries in the past. I believe Dr Heinsimer skills as a surgeon are unparalleled.

Dr. Heinsimer performed my surgical procedure and achieved an excellent result.

The Dr seemed competent and did the assistant, the probem is the shear volume of patients was over whelming you feel like a number no mater how noce the starf is

Overall a very good experience, even parking was easy . All staff was very friendly,Dr made me feel like I mattered that what I thought were strange symptoms the staff did not make me feel foolish.

Attentive and offered thing's to try

I saw Dr. Heinsimer . The reason for the visit was right hydronephrosis..However, while there I figured I should mention a bladder issue I was having incase the two are connected. Dr.Heinsimer suggested a certain type of therapy. I did look into, learn, and start incorporating pelvic floor exercises, relaxation, and diaphragm breathing exercises. The benefits were apparent and swift.I'm deeply grateful to Dr. Heinsimer!

I thought my kidney stones returned. I had a CT Scan done and Dr. Heinsimer reviewed them and assured me they did not. He really is a wonderful doctor with an awesome personality and beside manner. He removed my kidney stones back in May of 2023 and he is the only Urologist I will see. He truly is a great doctor! Very knowledgeable and so positive! Just love him! I highly recommend!
