This was my first time interacting with Laura and she was excellent. She had already read my chart before entering so she knew what we were going to discuss. She was extremely prepared for the appointment and made me feel very comfortable. From her personality to the knowledge of my situation and the examination was superb. She listened to my concerns about the cost of my medication and was extremely helpful in finding a solution During the visit, Dr. Kharod stepped in to see how I was doing. This just shows the level of compassion, concern, and undeniable experience the cardiology department has at USF. I'm so fortunate to have such a great team taking care of me and that starts with a very first phone call through the doctors appointment.

Dr Laura was excellent! She is very knowledgeable and listened to my every concern. She answered all my questions in depth. I could understand and follow her thoughts. She did not rush me. She spent valuable time with me and wanted to make sure I was satisfied in knowing my health concerns. She made me smile. I enjoy being her patient. She is a keeper!
