Leonardo Pisani, MD

Dr. Pisani is a neuroradiologist who specializes in diagnosing diseases and conditions that affect the brain, spine, and nervous system. He earned his medical degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil. He then completed a Diagnostic Radiology Residency at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts, followed by a Neuroradiology Fellowship at Yale New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut. He also completed a Clinical Neuroendovascular Research Fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Pisani's primary research interests are stroke imaging and advanced neuroimaging. He presented his research work at major national and international meetings and has published several peer-reviewed articles.
