Very poor patient care by ms Melanie! Her affect, atitude and attention to her patient was deeply troubling!

Provider always takes my concerns seriously. I am involved in all the health care decisions, and made to feel that my opinion matters. I love that about my provider.

She seemed to not want to be at work. There were very few questions and the exam was brief, listening to my back/lungs and looked in my ears. This was the most incomplete physical I have ever had. Sorry but that is what I experienced.

I do NOT recommend this office to anyone. In fact patients talk at different types doctor offices and we recommend or not recommend places and share why. I like my doctor but scheduling is a HUGE HUGE HUGE issue.

Yes! My experience was amazing. I have a lot to catch up on health concerns. Melanie listened intently to my concerns. I pleased with my visit, she took time to get to hear my concerns. And recommend my treatment plan from here out. Apnea, allergies, colonoscopy referrals and I'm scheduling my treatment according to the info she gave me.

From my first visit with TGH, to the most recent visit, my provider has went way beyond to ensure I am on the correct path medically. She is the best ever and I will recommend anyone and everyone to her for medical treatment.

For an initial visit Melanie, ARNP should have spent more time assessing the patient. After she left we remembered a back injury and the assistant informed her but she did not return to the room to assess the patient's back.
