Dr Minu Jacob is very attentive and aware of my medical needs and schedules our visits often to check on my reactions to mediation adjustments, and is on top of my often required bloodwork.

Minu is an amazing provider. The first one to ever give me the ability to make suggestions about my care and genuinely listened to my concerns, addressing everything on my list in one primary care visit in a timely and efficient manner

My doctor is always concerned about my health, she tells me how to improve my bad habits, she's very friendly and kind. I live an hour away, but I wouldn't trade my doctor for anyone. She's the best.

I was rushed and felt judged during my appointment. I hadn't gone to a doctor in years for personal reasons and I was given attitude when I said I got my last pap smear a few years ago. The same happened when I was asked where I got blood work done. I responded and said I don't get blood work done and this was met with an incredibly judgemental look. The physical itself was incredibly rushed. She only listened to my heart, looked in my ears, and in my throat. My temperature was not checked, and my body was not checked for any lumps or abnormal growths. When I talked about a medical concern it was not taken seriously enough. Blood tests were ordered but there was a lack of empathy and I was rushed out the door.

The NP is a nice person but after looking at the visit notes on the portal I was left wondering if we were at the same visit. In the office we talked about the reason for my visit, but I don't feel as though she was trying to find the cause of my issue, let alone propose a course of action.

Minu Jacob rushed my appointment. I know she had somewhere to be after. She did the quickest exam ever. I asked her a question, and she was a little condescending about it as well. I'm sure she's knowledgeable but I think her communication could be better.
