I'm always included in the options for treatment and how each of them may affect my condition. She understands my concerns and never sugarcoats the outcome if I'm being difficult for other reasons about my treatment.

Rachel is not my usual Neurologist, but she too is a very good Doctor. I was impressed with her knowledge, skills, and insight.

Everyone that I have ever communicated with at this facility was kind, informative, and professional. I have had MS since 2002, its not easy to deal with all of the time. It is great when people understand and show feelings for you and at the same time give you the information needed.

Rachel Duke is always very professional, kind and collaborative with me in my visits. She was attentive to my questions and covered what needed to be addressed in our visit in a way I could understand and relate to.

Im in different MS groups and I always tell people in the southern FL area looking for a neurologist to go to USF. My experience since ive started in 2021 has been amazing. The staff is caring and when I have issues or problems, they respond quickly with responding to my messages. Rachel and Heather, Dr Ciotti have been an incredible team helping me maintain my disease and makes sure I have clear options and assistance. I couldn't thank them enough for giving me hope with my MS disease.

Rachel Duke explains if I don't understand something. If I ask a question, she always answers me. When she doesn't know the answer fully or not certain about something, she will look it up and give me the complete answer. She reminds me of certain things that might help me that I may have forgotten. She is amazing and I always feel heard.
