Dr. Poblete is board certified in Internal Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. She earned her medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines, and completed her training in Internal Medicine at the Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. She joined TGMG in 2005; prior to this, she worked in both traditional internal medicine and ambulatory care.





Dr. Poblete manages acute and chronic conditions that affect the adult population, and provides preventive care through age-appropriate testing. She is recognized by the NCQA Diabetes Recognition Program.

The Primary MD and I understand each other very well and can pick up the conversation without any problem and can address just what I need and want...doesn't take much to complete during our visit

Dr. Sarah Jessica Poblete is a superstar. I have been so fortunate to have her as my primary care doc. Now that I am moving (again!), I will look for someone like "Dr P," with credentials in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. I will miss Dr P enormously and would take her with me if I could!

This is the second time of an experience with Dr. Poblete in which her interaction with me did not provide a sense of comfort with managing my health. I attended the second visit as a second chance experience; however the experience with Dr. Poblete was not a fit for me as it relates to my overall physical health and building a rapport with her. Dr. Poblete would ask a question and not wait for a response before asking another question. It didn't feel like a connection with her.

My experience was rushed from the provided. This is not the first time with Dr. Poblete. The interaction was rushed with asking me questions and not awaiting for a response from me. It felt like a routine, not individualized service. I have switched to another doctor in TGH Health Group for my next visit and forward.
