Syeeta and Dr. Heinsimer are awesome and medical professionals.

They are not on the same page and patient education and comfort is not a concern. Just because they do this 10 times a day, we dont. There was so much they didn't tell me and if it wasn't for AI post-surgery, I don't know what I would have done. There was no sympathy, no assurance, no information and alternate ways to feel better and recover. Nothing.

Ms McKelvie was prompt and efficient regarding the issue that brought me to the office. However, as I told her, I already knew the answer to that question. I had other questions and issues but she was unresponsive. I wondered if she resented my being there. I think her problem is that she lacks skills in active listening. Those skills can be learned.

Felt very rushed, PA didn't seem interested in my case despite being referred by another specialist due to real concerns/symptoms.

The entire appointment went well.

When the physician's assistant asked us why are you here? She was acting like we were wasting her time and that we had better have a good reason for doing so.

Was unprofessional, showed no care for the 30 minute wait AND made out like she was the wronged party and from then on was short and unhelpful. I had to ask questions multiple times to get an answer, one I had to ask 4 times to get a decent answer

My doctor is great very informative

McKelvie was rude, abrasive impatient and dismissive. She acted as if she was the wronged party and was upset that I was complaining about having to wait and then was less than helpful in answering my questions. Several I had to ask more than once and one I had to ask 5 times before she would give thorough answers
