Love my doctor excellent experience

MY FIRST VISIT WITH DR. MOINO. THE ENTIRE VISIT WAS VERY PLEASENT.

Ive been in Taiwan the past two years and have been working with Dr Moino to get re-established at TGMG. Im very excited about having Dr Moino over my care. I used a different doctor previously, but they were booked. After meeting with Dr Moino and seeing how invested she was at getting up tonspeed with my health, concerns and needs, I am committed to staying with her for my medical journey. She is awesome and has amazing bedside manners when discussing issues that could be sensitive. Im fully invested in her guidance and find her of high integrity and someone I can trust with my health. Basically, im trusting her with my life and I wouldn't have it any other way!

This is my first visit with Dr Moino. She was a great listener and took tons of notes. She recommended some additional blood tests that my previous primary hadn't mentioned. She also made some referrals to finding a neurologist at Tampa General since my appointment with one is on December 31. Too far in the future. I was very happy with her positive professional and knowledgeable help. Can't wait to see her again. Thanks

Dr Moino spent a lot of time with me to establish care. She was patient, I didnt feel rushed and I felt she genuinely cared.

I think Dr Moino goes over and above to look at me as a complete person, not just this or that body part. She listens well, has compassion and a sense of humor.

The care provider showed no empathy. She showed very little concern. I asked about a Breast physical Breast Breast exam she didn't do it. Said she would do it in the follow up. No phone call terrible bedside manners.

The actual DO that saw me, I did not like her demeanor when she was not happy with how long it has been that I have not had blood work done or that I didn't want to rush to a CAT Scan because of kidney pain that I was having as I wanted to wait for the urinalysis results which came back as a UTI and the CAT Scan would of been unnecessary. I would prefer this DO to listen more to the patients.

Dr Moino was extremely thorough, understanding and helpful

Not only was this provider, not good and very condescending, but her triage tech was extremely rude and hateful when she was checking me in

Very relatable to my questions and the personal things driving my decisions. I really felt comfortable sharing my personal needs.

She didn't address my concerns about my right hip. I now experience intense pain when I put any weight on it. I must wait until the 18th of March to see about my right hip. That's too long to see the doctor while I am in so much pain.

I felt like the provider thought I was deaf and at least semi-incapable of understanding what she was talking about. In her defense, both of my kids accompanied me to the visit because I had just been released from the hospital after having two stents placed in arteries in my heart, so it may have seemed to her that I was less than competent.

I need my prescription filled and no one has been able to do the prior auth. I have been waiting for a month. Ive sent multiple messages on the portal and ive called.

Dr Moino was very professional and clearly outlined my next steps.
