Brooks S Lide, III, MD

Dr. Lide earned his medical degree from Medical College of Georgia, where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia, and served as chief resident during his last year. He is board certified in internal medicine. Prior to joining Piedmont Physicians Group, Dr. Lide was in private practice at Peachtree Internal Medicine in Atlanta. He has been practicing medicine since 1987. Currently, he serves as a team physician for the Atlanta Braves. Born in El Paso, Texas, Dr. Lide grew up in Atlanta and attended The Wesminster Schools. He and his wife Connie have two daughters, Carly and Caroline. When not working, Dr. Lide enjoys all sports and bike riding. Dr. Lide is accepting new patients and welcomes most major insurance plans.
