I was treated like I was just a body not a person. She was typically indifferent towards me. She was neither friendly nor rude.

The provider came in and had no interest in me and why I was there. She did the eye exams and the lights were off. When she left she did not turn on the lights even though the lights from the hallway were there. I was cognizant of where I needed to walk. She left in a hurry and never did smile.
