I was surprised how unpleasant this visit was. I thought these women were supposed to be the best, and they were pretty off -putting. Not great with kids either. I felt like they were judging us and weren't great at answering our questions, putting us at ease in any way or explaining what unique guidance or help they could provide. They basically just quizzed us on what gluten free was. They were robotic and somewhat defensive as if our questions were somehow undermining their authority. It's clear in hindsight that we didn't need this appointment, but our last doctor said we needed to meet with a nutritionist. I would have been better off just using ai/other online resources. Or even just signing up for the online class may have been sufficient. I'm compatible with almost everyone- this just wasn't a fit. Different communication styles -Or maybe they were having a bad day. That said the office staff seems great- getting a hold of people is easy- and almost no wait.

Dr. McClain and our dietitian were fantastic. They both listened and didn't make us feel rushed. They truly cared about what was going on.

Dr. McClain and the dietitian we're absolutely fantastic! They listened to us, asked great questions, and talk to my daughter. She was very relaxed and answered their questions. I felt like they gave us so much time which was wonderful in light of her situation.
