Ms Rivers didn't spend much time discussing my condition but she was helpful in what I needed and was kind and understanding when I was struggling with giving a urine sample because I think I have a UTI.

Personable but exhibited concern when needed. Discussions were friendly but kept the visit "moving" toward the nature of the visit. This kept the visit reasonable in length of time.

Procedure involves follow-up every three months. There is no need for consultation on the procedure. Caregiver does always ask If everything is ok of If I have experienced any discomfort.

Amy Rivers was comfortable to speak with ( first visit) and discussed treatment. I was apprehensive as this is my first meeting with her, but I would definitely recommend her calming care to others and plan to remain her patient.
